Repair and Cleaning of Surfaces Before Painting

For walls and ceilings of the kitchen or the bathroom, it is preferable to use tri sodium phosphate, which is much more powerful. Wear gloves and rinse the surface thoroughly after cleaning.
Allow the surface to dry and then remove trim electrical outlets and switches. It is easier to remove the plates taken and vents as clean once you have done a top job. If you paint roller, wrap the ceiling fans in a trash bag. Cover the floor with paintings and use masking tape to cover the door handles and other items more difficult to remove.
Make a final check for tasks or defects in the surfaces. If everything is ready, you can apply the paint and then make decorative surface coating of the wall as decorative wallpaper.
