Item doesn’t dry very well.
I used the margarita machine only 1 time for my daughter’s birthday party & washed right after use even tho ice was only used. I left it out overnight to dry & noticed the trapped water inside at the bottom. I figured maybe it needed more time to dry…… almost a week went by & the water was STILL there. I knew this would be an issue for me as it triggered my OCD with maintaining clean appliances. I returned the item solely because of this issue.

    Last night we were so excited to use this for the first time on the boat watching fireworks. Got everything loaded up, plugged in the 12V inverter and turned on the blender. Started up and then DIED!!!! The inverter was cycling out. Not enough power . Now, I was running this off THREE (3) Deep-Cycle AGM Marine Battery Group 31. MORE than enough power, but nothing. When I go homes, I plugged it in and worked fine, so it isn't the blender. One of the people on the boat is a Supervise for the power company and he said it was the inverter that's bad. So we'll see when I call the company if they can fix or replace it.

    If you are looking for a slushy machine this is not your choice. The instructions say to fil with ice then your drink of choice. Once your run the machine for up to ten minutes you still don’t get all ice crushed. The consistency is that of water. Don’t waste your time and money.

This blender has amazing blades that I swear could chew rocks. it is meant for margaritas so ice in this is blending is nothing. Its fast, not too loud.

    Two things that kind of bug me:
    One the lid seems backwards. My husband said think of it as a hat worn backwards and you will remember. That is what it seems there is a lip for lifting the top off. Maybe being the back is the margarita way but seems backwards to me.

    Two: The spout is the opposite to any normal on off tap. Normally a level will cross a pipe horizontal which is left and right. Across the pipe is OFF/CLOSED.
    Not in this case. The lever/spout up and down which is closed. Turning cross wises is open.
    I spill more smoothie because of that. One day I will remember.

    Compared to the performance of this blender those two things are nothing. Just pilot error more than anything. This blender also came with a really nice case for taking to parties. My original plan of just using it for my powdered smoothie in milk has totally changed. This can do so much why waste that!!

    This cool nostalgia looking margarita blender appears to be the perfect addition to any Taco Tuesday night or for entertaining a small group of friends in general, but unfortunately this product does not perform as advertised. It can barely chop up ice and the main container leaks everywhere. Do not waste your money. It’s poorly made and operates like a cheap toy blender. You would be better off using an old school blender bought at a yard sale since this product is so poorly made. It looks cool, but does not perform well and gets only one star due to poor performance and due to the fact that it leaks. I’m attempting to get a refund and return the product to the merchant. I will update this review after that process is complete.

    I’m updating my review by adding a few more stars to my rating for the company’s excellent customer service. They immediately provided a full refund upon request and made the return process super easy. I appreciate that in a company. I’d give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service but still would not recommend this product to anyone.

    Hab mi erst mal gefreut, als die Maschine ankam. Ich wollte sie sofort einschalten und los legen. Klar amerikanische Maschine. Sie ging nicht,US Stecker. Hab mir dann einen Adapter bestellt. Erneuter Versuch. Ging wieder nicht.
    Dann hab ich die Firma angeschrieben. Keine Reaktion.
    Mittlerweile habe ich herausgefunden, dass ich einen Stromwechsler benötige. Ist mit eigentlich alles zu kompliziert. Mal sehen ob ich es in nächster Zeit mal eine Maschine habe, die funktioniert.

    Acabo de comprar la máquina para Margaritas y wow! Me sorprendió la forma en que funciona! Al principio dudaba en comprarlo ya que vi varias reseñas que decían que no funcionaba, que no molía el hielo, pero es mentira, si funciona! Claro que no es igual que una licuadora que muele el hielo más rápido, pero por la cantidad de hielo lo muele bien, tarda aproximadamente entre 5-8 mins en triturar el hielo, también es muy importante leer las instrucciones de uso ya que el no usarlo correctamente puede hacer que no funcione, lo recomiendo altamente!
